Managed Services, Repair and Maintainence

We're a full partner, on hand whatever you need. We offer:

  • Maintenance. Available on a regular or ad hoc basis, our maintenance service includes reviewing and scheduling maintenance routines, plus planning campaign visits. We'll meet with you regularly to discuss the service, and provide Maintenance Performance Reports Service reports (weekly or monthly).
  • Personnel. We can provide telecommunications experts: Radio Operators, Technicians, Engineers - either temporary or permanent.
  • Spares. We can develop and implement systems to help manage your inventory. We'll even procure and store critical parts for you at our base in Aberdeen.
  • Repairs. We can repair equipment either on your site (including offshore) or at our Repair Centre - whichever's quickest and most cost-effective.
