Aberdeen firm Nessco, one of the leading global providers of communication solutions and services to businesses worldwide has secured a 2 year contract, with extension options, for the provision of Network Monitoring and support for TAQA Bratani’s North Sea and onshore networks.

Responsible for monitoring and supporting the core network onshore and its 4 offshore platforms - Cormorant Alpha, Cormorant North, Eider and Tern, Nessco will also be monitoring and supporting the critical telemetry services which run across the network. Run from Nessco’s 24 Hour Network Operations Centre, the networks are monitored by our team of engineers with the project being headed up by Programme Manager Malcolm Nicol.

Nessco are delighted to have won this significant contract with TAQA. The award of this contract adds to the contract successes through 2009 and pushes Nessco towards reaching our demanding financial goals.
