Nessco Corporate Structure Change
We have an important announcement for all of our clients and suppliers.
Nessco Group Holdings Limited have sold the Integrated Network Solutions (INS) part of our business to SpiriTel Plc. The INS business was essentially servicing the non Oil & Gas market place with the main hub being located in Glasgow.
In order to structure the deal – Nessco Group Holdings Ltd has packaged the INS business into two subsidiary companies Nessco Ltd and Nessco Services Ltd and has disposed of these two companies. All business transactions in relation to the INS business will reside exclusively with these two operations which become part of the wider SpiriTel Plc group.
Nessco Group is sorry to lose the staff and clients from this sector – both of whom have been tremendously loyal and supportive to the growth of Nessco Group for many years. However the board recognise that the core business of the Group is in the provision of telecommunications services to the Oil & Gas industry – our increasing success and global reach in this sector means we will focus our entire resource and energy in this field.
We see the UKCS about to enter a new phase of investment and activity and having established a strong competitive position in several strategic international markets, the board believes we will be better placed to take advantage of the opportunities as a business focused 100% on the O&G sector.
